A project that began with me rummaging through my grandmother’s belongings, finding interesting objects relating to my heritage, making me want to explore it further. It became apparent that the craft has been lost throughout the generations in my second home, Cyprus. I'm using fashion as a way for me to re-explore my heritage but also as a way to remind the youth of this, empowering the older community in Cyprus that still practice these crafts, embracing local culture.
